Katalax cheaper alternative

Just to put up a thread here, to say if you have been advised to try katalax for hairballs or constipation, Bezo-pet cat laxative 70g tube is a cheaper alternative at £7.75 compared with over £10 for a 20g tube of katalax. They're both mainly parafinum jelly so nothing really rocket science going on inside those tubes IMHO.

    i gave my cat lactulose when she had constipation, on my vet's advice. it was about £5 for half a litre.
