    It seems that the EA feels that if he puts pressure on us the sale will get through quicker. He rang me a minute ago and said that the vendor was all ready to go (at long last) and could I chivvy my sol up! The bloody cheek. She's been sat there for 5 weeks waiting to hear from them.
    I rang her to let her know the news and she's just told me she's been trying to get hold of them for a week put they won't return her calls.

    It seems that even when everything's set to go they can't communicate! I'm thinking I'll never buy a house again and I haven't even bought my first one yet!
