Paypal dispute - help needed

HI All
After a lengthy dispute with paypal it's been resolved. But it also hasn't! I'll explain...
I sold a phone which i sent SD, the lady said it hadn't arrived and filed a dispute. In the meantime i had gone away, so only had access to net via phone and replied to the dispute to say i would provide the tracking number on my return. Paypal in the meantime closed the dispute as the reply never registered, so it appeared that i had just ignored the dispute. The money was returned to her.
So, she had her money, although she had sent me an email saying the phone was scratched so she wasn't happy (it was immaculate!)
I've now had a response from paypal as follows...
Dear xxxxxxxxxxxxx

We have received your valid tracking information on the above-mentioned
case and sent a courtesy email to the buyer on your behalf. We have
requested the buyer to submit a full refund in light of our findings.
Please be advised that you will need to contact the buyer for further
information regarding your payment.

What should i do now? Can i do anything or just admit defeat and blacklist the phone!
Thanks in advance
Kim

I would send a firmly worded letter via recorded post, with an invoice, for full payment within 7 days.
If no payment appears, write to her promptly to say that if no payment is forthcoming, you will start small claims proceedings.
I am assuming the value of the phone makes all the above worth doing! If not, then yeah, your plan would work
My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
