Saga Travel Insurance grrrr..

First time I've had to claim on a travel insurance policy and what a performance just to get a claim form. Two emails, two letters and several phone calls before the form turned up. Saga make it easy to take out a policy, just one phone call, but don't make it easy to make a claim. I've now found Staysure who have lower premiums and I hope better customer service if I need it.
