another A&L letter through the post

Ive had a search through the forum and have seen a quite a few people have recieved this letter from A&L saying that they might be entitled to a refund.
I hunted through my old paperwork as this loan started in 2005 i managed to pay it off in 8 months as i found a better deal somewhere else,
but when looking through my paperwork i found a letter from them saying that i had opted for full insurance protection but that they had not had a chance to talk to me about it, and if i wanted to discuss this then i should call them.
My question is, do you think i would be able to claim anything back?
i tried calling them but was on hold for half an hour after work and couldnt wait any longer.

Hi there
I would personally do this as a normal reclaim, as they may just offer you a small payment, its entirely up to you, but if you were mis sold this, here is the link with reclaiming templates, follow the reclaiming guide, but use your own reasons, they have 8 weeks to respond in full, good luck.;)
