Creation comsumer finance

Hello Everyone,

I had a call from creation the other night and the guy who rang wanted me to tell him my details, post code, date of birth etc etc all private stuff and i refused he got extemely pushy with me harassing me in his impatient tone, i said to him i have no dealing with his company what did he want, he said it was information call then went on to say he had all my details in front of him and would i confirm them, i replied if you have them in front of you then no need for me to confirm anything. He said i have a store card with them, i have no store card bills i told him to write to me if he needs to tell me anything, he then went back to asking for details i said NO i do not give details over the phone. and after him asking again and again he realised he was getting no where and he hung up.

I can see how a nervous or older person may have given in by the demanding way he was going on and on at me.

his phone number was with held, i do wonder if there is a way i can complain about this call.

any idea's anyone ?
