Barclaycard onepulse - no mention of cashback

Hi All
Signed up for the onepulse as I live in London and the 5% cashback on my travelcard would be a nice bonus (got rejected for the AMEX platinum unfortunately). Anyway, card has arrived and there is no mention anywhere of cashback so I'm now a bit worried. Is this normal? I would ring up and activate and ask at the same time but it's gone 2pm so they're not open anymore today :rolleyes:
