lubricate convection microwave fan

The fan on my Hinari convection microwave is grinding away when used in convection mode, just needs lubrication - I think. have removed case and can get access, what do you use as any oil may reach food in cooking chamber.

    Some of the small fans that we used to use on electronic equipment had bearings that were hidden by a small rubber disc. We used to lubricate them by injecting "3 in 1" oil through the disc using an hypodermic syringe.
    I can afford anything that I want.
    Just so long as I don't want much.
