Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but thought I would share the information in case it helps anyone on here.
I have started the ball rolling to claiming back my charges from HSBC, and to get my charges summary I wrote to the manager of my local branch where my account is held, and within 4 days they had sent me my last 6 years worth of statements, totally free
