Because, if you take Paypal on a collection then you are leaving yourself open to a chargeback, as you can not prove delivery.
Yes, you have to offer PP on ALL auctions, but its best to emphasise Cash on collection for pick up items to reduce this risk.2 angels in heaven :A0 -
Hiya, what's the problem with emphasising PayPal or cash on collection? I do it all the time on my listings, making the terms of sale crystal clear.
