Good luck Mighty Reds. I too went to RCJ for my bankruptcy. Be sure to get there early and to pay your fees first. I forgot that part and waited at the BR place and it is quite a hike to the fees office - but I ran through and made it back to still be near the front of the queue.

The maximum for 2 adults for groceries is around £400 so if you play around with your figures using the other suggestions there should be no IPA.

    Thanks for that :money:

Yep, thanks. I phoned them up and they advised me to get there for 10am and pay the fee's first.

How long did you wait for your OR interview and also how long for the IPA to start if you are paying one?

    Cheers

I got there at 8:30! There will probably be a queue to pay fees be sure you don't get in the wrong queue though. There is one for people who get a remission then the other one to pay the fees so if you're not getting a remission then don't waste your time in that queue.

I had a brief telephone call within a few days and my 2 1/2 hour face to face a week or two after that. They phoned me a couple of times on my mobile while I was at work and were very understanding when I had to ask if they could wait a minute while I found a private room in which to talk, or I could phone them back.

Luckily I didn't get an IPA. I also didn't get any sign of ED so went the full 12 months.
