Well i rang Egg yesterday and they have credited my loan account £1298 and are curently sorting out the interest !
I can not thank you all for helping me do this. Without this site i would still no nothing about reclaiming PPI

Firstplus ppi is now in the hands of FOS so wish me luck with that one.

Hi, can you just remind me as I have been reading threads going back a couple of months, was this an egg card account set up on-line as I have had 2 knock backs saying I ticked the box for PPI and they have sent me a copy of the internet page with the box ticked but I am sure I wouldnt have ticked the boxes and I was keeping costs to a minimum and had ample cover at work.
