Paypal dispute, what to put

I sold an item on Ebay for £10. I only sent it normal post but obtained a proof of posting.
The buyer says she has not received it. I asked her to email me her postal address and confirmation that she has checked with her sorting office. She told me that she can't check with her sorting office as she has moved and her mail is diverted.
The parcel arrived back with me yesterday as marked NOT CALLED FOR by RM.
She has filed a dispute with paypal. What is my best course of action, she has not been very nice in the dispute stating that I never posted the item etc.
However, I have the parcel with the marked up RM sticker, can I use this with paypal to only refund her purchase price, as I have paid the postage?

I would probably avoid causing a big dispute for a small item, if I were you I would give them a refund and respond in a professional manner in the hope they don't try and give you bad feedback.
You can relist the item so nothing lost.

i would send her a photo of the package with the relevant stikers on to prove she never picked it up with a polite email stating she is welcome to have it resent at her cost should she wish so, and ask for her to send you her correct address if she doesnt want it then just give her a fefund then relist it xxAlly :T0
