BT Home Hub - help needed

Hi,
3 PCs in house can connect wirelessly to Internet through BT Home Hub (old white one), but although 4th PC can connect to hub, it doesn't get a proper IP address (169.254.**.**)
I've mirrored all the settings from one of the computers that does connect properly, but still no joy.
I read elsewhere that changing the Wireless Zero Config helps, but when I type in services.msc into the Run box, I only get program not found message.
Can anyone help me?
Tia

......settings;
In the Local Area Connection Properties box:
Client for MS Networks is ticked
File & Printer Sharing is ticked
QOS Packet Scheduler is ticked
Internet Protocal (TCP/IP) is ticked and the following settings are mirrored;
Obtain an IP address automatically (selected)
Obtain DNS server address automatically (selected)
On the Advanced area all settings under each tab (IP Settings, DNS WINS & Options) are identical on PCs that connect as well as the one that doesn't have internet access.0 -

The 169.254 range is used when no DHCP server can be contacted. Are your encryption settings correct? Is it in range? Do you have it 'locked' in some way to prevent unknown MAC addresses from connecting? Add in umpteen other reasons.. but that's the main telling symptom: It cannot receive a DHCP address.Starting Debt: ~£20,000 01/01/2009. DFD: 20/11/2009 :j
