    I really should go to bed, I promised Jasmine I would take her to school tomorrow morning, but I will never get to sleep !! Might stay up a bit till I am so tired I will sleep no matter what heat it is :)

    I ran a cold shower over my legs and feet earlier and it was lovely, but only lasted for about 10 mins and then they were boiling again

    Yeah I havent had a bath since I had to get OH to help me out about 2 months ago !!
