I too have some tiny/early baby clothes which will be done with by the time Rhys fits them - I'll save them for him, if he knows they're waiting I'm sure he'll make sure he's got rid of the tubes so he can wear them

That's why I'm saying be civil but cool about it. Can't stand my OH's best friend but I chat to him politely, just because they're friends doesn't mean you have to be best buddies, I respect OH's choice. We even do dinner occasionaly as a foursome but no friendships on my side!

tara thats the thing i was keeping it civil but she was the one doing all the arranging i was just agreeing ... but now coz of how much i cant stand her a hole of a bf for destroying my birthday i know shes still seeing him as i said thats not for me to say anything ... im just worried shes doing it all ove again not to me i couldnt careless if i don speak to her but i know she'll be a cow and not speak to OH x

Your birthday should have been you and OH, no-one else. Keep being civil but if your OH can't sort it with his mate that's his call, his mate should grow a pair and see his friend without her. No way would I hang around with my OH and mate, that's their time.

SM, I really dislike DH's best friend also. I would just leave things, let her get in touch. I hate the way she always seems to be annoying you :mad:

SM, know how you feel, OH stopped talking to his best friend November 2007 because he said something to me that he shouldnt have and OH chose me over the best mate (obviously!!) but it was very hard as its his only friend here, the rest are in England that he just talks to online
