I didn't have a show with Aimee, my waters just went... My bill hicks' are really uncomfortable sometimes, I feel like I won't know the difference when labour really starts they're that bad!

Just been talking to my mum, my aunt has another lot of chemo on Friday and was gutted at the thought baby might not be here before then and she might not get to see it for 10 days... My mum has said she'll drive us the 40 miles over there and even just wait in the car if needs be just so my aunt can be one of the first to see it!

Sugar that sucks, family can really suck sometimes, if they weren't related you could just feel pity but when theres blood its pity, resentment and disgust!!

Krystal sorry to hear that but really nice of your mum, my BH have been either starting with a massive tension above my pelvic area or breathlessness, they end with both either way but very uncomfatable now.

Evening all

Took toddler for visit to playschool - he starts after half term, 2 mornings a week! Enjoyed it cos it's the same room where toddler group's held & he knows a few folk. He's 2 this weekend, can't believe how fast it's gone! :eek:
Should have been doing stitching for work, but it's taken me an hour to catch up on posts since last night! Already forgotten half of what I read, so welcome to newbies, hugs/sticky/labour vibes to those in need! :grouphug::kisses3:
Got P60 from main job, still waiting for one from magazine, but looks like we should get a little more tax credit, maybe even a whole £2 or £3 a week! Shouldn't sneer, even small amounts will help, & I know we'll get an extra £10 a week when bean arrives. Think I'll try to save some of that when I can, no one to give hand-me-downs at the moment, so will need to clothe both little uns this winter.
Working Fri & Sun - 2 weddings on Sun so good pay! - work picking up now, so will make the most of it over the summer, cos I'll have nothing from the end of September (when I'm stopping) until spring next year! :eek:
Made chicken/bacon stew & sage dumplings for tea & dishes were scraped clean!:rotfl:Love it when meals made from leftovers go down well - no pun intended!

Sugar - when my great-aunt died years ago, my grandma (her SIL) took great delight in taking 1st pick of anything that could be sold, sneered at auntie's taste & throughly upset everyone! Irony is, aunt was much better at being a grandma, even tho she'd never had kids, IYKWIM.
