Hmm. Mixed. Got up early did my exercise vid and went shopping - very successful.
walked 4861 steps = not quite 10,000 but at least i have done some.
Bt came home had lunch Sis and bf came round and I fell asleep - didnt wake up till 8!!!!! which meant I haven't done nearly enough work. But I don't have anything planned for tomorrow so time for work then I guess?
