I need to return something very large which my parents bought on ebay, it arrivedc in very bad condition and the seller said that they would refund if my parents returned it at their own cost ( which personally I think it really bad practice but thats another thread! ).
This is a very large item it weighs 27kg and dimesnions are 122x152x30
The seller origionally charged £25 postage but I am having trouble finding anywhere that charges anywhere near that amount.
My parents have been batteling this out with the seller for a while now and I said I would send it as they have gone away for 3 weeks.
Cany anyone reccomend a courier service that will take such a large parcel for around £25??
Thanks

Please be careful when posting these kinds of details!!It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Problem is a dishonest seller could just claim item was never delivered back as paypal will ask for proof that buyer can track delivery of the item online if both parties can't agree that item was returned.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
