Best credit limits

Currently got £17k on capital one which runs out end May 2006 after 18 months at 0%.
Any idea on which companies tend to offer higher limits.
Was going to apply for lloyds premier card but they've pulled it in last couple of days.
I am aware that i may struggle to get £17k again but is it worth asking Cap one to extend the 0%?

All help greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Mark

When I tried to get Capital One to extend it, they said they couldnt and that I could reapply for the card straight after closing it.

If you do go this route, then a warning for you. I closed the card in October. Despite two letters saying it was closed, it didnt show as closed on my credit report until 3 weeks ago. As from last week (when their records were last updated), it has showed up as active once more so seems that they are a big hassle.

Does anyone still offer high credit limits?
