ICICI HiSave interest rates cut

Pretty hefty cut in the interest rate on the HiSave account, from 2.45% to 2%. From the email:

Over the past 12 months the Bank of England Base Rate has fallen by 4.50%. During the same period the HiSAVE Savings Account interest rate has been reduced by a lesser amount (just 4.16%) and also remains well above the current Base Rate (which is just 0.50%).

Some of the fixed rates have gone up though, see http://www.icicibank.co.uk/home_hisave.html.
