Claiming back Interest Charged on Interest Free Overdraft

Hi

I have an interest free student over draft. I have been charged interest at about £30 per month for the last few months. I have an appointment with bank to try to reclaim it. I just wondered should i definately get this back?? Just worried bank are going to refuse even though its supposed to be interest free. Surely they should as its clearly an error on their part??

With all due respect to you, it does depend on how it occurred and the circumstances. I can't advise you cos whilst it's good to ask questions, a bit more info would help cos I got nothing at the moment as to the why.
