The pwc can appeal a csa decision why should the OP shut up for £2.50 per week, if she knows either way that the assessment is inorrect then she has a legal right to challenge this.

I would suggest you don't tell the csa that as it could put you as low priority.0 -
I just called the CSA to find out where they were at with my case.
I have a 9 year old son and have been split from his father since before he was 1, he left town entirely when he was 4 and we haven't seen him since.
Long story short since we split we've had around £1200 (more than some i know). My ex is the leave his job as soon as the CSA find him type.
Around 6 months ago the case went to liverpool (enforcers i think, as he is due over £14,000 in arrears) and then in April i got the usual letter telling me i should be getting £300 pm but have received nothing came across it today and decided to phone for an my update and instead of the usual no change speech the woman tried to transfer me to the enforcers (if that's what they are called) and when no-one was available she asked for a contact number for someone from the team to call me tomorrow.
Anyone know if its likely to be good news or them likely to tell me they had no luck and its back to the CSA?0
