Fitting a new window (not replacing)

We need to divide a large bedroom into two. One of the rooms will have the existing window. The other room has no window at all, so will need bricks removing in order to put a small window in. I'm looking for a rough idea of a reasonable price before I start getting quotes.

rough budget is about 200/300 quid labour, plus the cost of any window, materials, scaffolding.

making good internally is an extra.
    Get some gorm.
