there was an offer in the paper yesterday, 2 x 8ox steak meals and 2 x drink (lager, wine, J20 and coke/lemonade....I think) for £9.99, pity there aren't any near me.

Went to the one in Scarborough recently while on holiday, food was excellent and very cheap too !

I disagree. I visited a nearby Sizzling Pub recently for the £9.99 deal and thought that the quality of the food was very poor, especially the steak.

Pubs vary tho dont they even among the same brand, the one i went too was very nice, cant remember the name of it tho but was just off a roundabout near a supermarket IIRC in Scarborough

The steaks were lovely. Use the offers for sizzling pubs quite often and yes, the pubs can vary. Try and track down ones that are good and use thoes those when the offers come up.

I try to only eat out when I get the offers - 2-4-1, or money off

In the restaurant deals listing it says you dont have to print out any vouchers, but when I visited the website to get more info it says you do.

Went to Sizzler pub for the £2.99 special without voucher and there was no problem. There is a huge sign outside & leaflet inside advertising them.

There is a new menu for the £2.99 deal ... I can thoroughly recommend the spinach and mascapone bake which is a new addition to the £2.99 deal ...mmmm!
I have worked my way through most of the menu... I have not had a bad meal yet!

go there all the time when they have a promo. i go to one in baillieston, Glasgow excellent value ant tasty :rotfl:
