Travel Insurance after hip replacement

I have just had a hip replacement (age 48) d have been told I must inform my insurer before I fly next. I will not be flying til sept, will this affect my Insurance premium?

    All insurance companies (and their medical screening agencies) are different so your best bet is contact your usual insurer (if you have one) and ask them. If they insist on loading the premium then you can shop around for the best policy for you.

    Thanks I will contact insurer (free with Bank account) and find out if they intend to load or not.
