A question about R4 and DS

Hope sbdy might have an answer for me..
I got an R4 card from Dealextreme thanks to advice from fellow MSErs but would like to know if there's a way or shortcut to go from one game to another without having to switch on and off all time...I wouldn't to damage the DS by doing so.. or maybe it's ok?
if anybody has advice i appreciate.

I am not sure on the R4, on my M3 I have an option to reset if I press different button combinations. It seems they all copy each others features so the R4 may have it too.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

IIRC - soft reset for R4 -
From the menu screen press R . there sould be a red or green indicator (red reset off - green on)
press A-B-X-Y and L+R buttons.
