pain in the neck

have drs tuesday but was just wondering does anyone suffer from this, have had a pain in my right side of my neck for 1 year now, cant turn my head to the right without it hurting, if i sleep badly then its worse and im in agony, it all started when i woke up not being able to feel my legs toes, hands arms fingers that has been diagnosed as a conversion disorder but the neck thing is bothering me as i always think the worst on everything.
you dont think the mri scan or the lumber puncture has anything to do with the neck pain im having?
