A mule card is a card that allows you to transfer money to your current or savings account. Basically if you have a card that doesn't allow you to make a transfer to your bank account you transfer it to the mule card then to your bank account.0

Thankyou0 -
You need a card that has SBT functions ie allows you to do transfers to your current account or savings account. Both Egg and Egg money allow you to do this, plus Virgin and Mint - via cheques0

I have an MBNA card and that also allows you to transfer to a current account, though with a 3% fee. I havent seen anything mentioned about whether this is capped, so be careful.0
