hey all ....
my drains are all blocked up 2 days b4 we are due to move out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ive called welsh water and they are comming out t see if its their responabilty or mine .
thats the Q tho , is it mine or the landlords ???
i could do without paying for it !

Can you have a look at the drains and see what is blocking it? Could just be an easy job, you can do yourself with some drain rods.Pawpurrs x

weve tried....weve emptied it , it was full yuk!
we put a hose pipe down it and it filled back up again ...the exit for it is no bigger than an apple so how it is going to drain away i dont know!

ems01- the LL is responsible for the drains unless the blockage was caused by your actions or omissions, ie you've put something down a plughole or lavvy that is likely to have caused a blockage. You need to notify your LL unless you are prepared to pay the bill yourself either way. Don't just call out someone to sort it and present the LL with the bill.0

ok thanks tbs624...ill see what welsh water say now its a free call out....the toilet has never flushed properly but the LA was unwilling to inform the LL or rectify it so i cant see them being anymore helpfull now .
