Unsolicited phone calls from Abbey

Has anyone else had problems with this? I'm currently getting up to 3 phone calls a day from them, all silent so I'm assuming that they're using autodial, and it's driving me potty! And does anyone know how to stop a number coming to a mobile? I've tried the ban facility on my phone without success.

I do have an account - which has been unused for 6 years. How on earth they got my number I do not know!0
