I've Been A Nicompoop - Sold Something to Buyer with Unconfirmed Address

Hi
Sorry for being such a nicompoop but hope someone can help.
Just sold something on Ebay but forgot to put something about only accept payments through Paypal from people with confirmed addresses and guess what, the person who has bought it has paid via Paypal with an unconfirmed address.
I have contacted them to ask if they can get their address confirmed and/or willing to pay via another method but if they don't want to what can I do. The Paypal page shows a tick and it is okay to post but how can that be with an unconfirmed address
If I send to an unconfirmed address via Royal Mail with just proof of posting, is the worse thing that can happen is I lose £7 (the difference between the maximum the Royal Mail will pay and the amount bid) - it this better than sending it via Recorded Delivery and then possibly getting a chargeback through Paypal but Royal Mail are able to confirm delivery.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Don't worry, you haven't needed a confirmed address for months on paypal. All that matters is that you send to the address in the box on the paypal transaction that says 'OK to send' to.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Oh and just to add, to protect against a chargeback you do need tracking, recorded is fine for items up to £150 on ebay although for a Royal Mail claim Recorded only covers up to £39 including postage. The other problem is recorded has a very high failure rate, just read some of the other threads, and if RM never update the delivery status online you still lose a paypal claim.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
