Im not sure it IS a good idea to keep constantly reminding yourself how much debt you're in-not good to have it on your mind the whole time methinks.
My debt stands at 16.5k-my highest ever-ive worked out i can just about afford £100 per week to pay them back from income and shift the whole lot in under 3 and 1/2 years-yeah right-easily said but the hard part is seeing it thru day by day, toughing it out.

thank you for all the lovely messages of support from all of you . Can't wait to clear my next one now. Anyone out there cleared a debt today so we can celebrate again :j :j
  • Took advice from you tee pee, about paying off little bit extra off debts even if its a pound or 2.
Well counted all the 1ps and 2ps in me penny pot thinking there would be 2 or 3 pounds. But no! There was £8.00 when I'd finished counting it all! :T

Paid it straight off the next debt in me snowball run! Felt like a real martyr!
Gonna let the family keep filling it up with coppers and empty it every month even if theres only a few pounds in it it, all helps dont it? :j
