Problems printing out e-bay invoices

I am trying to print out ebay invoices from my account section as ebay only keep them live for 18months. I can only get the first page of any invoice to print. Has anyone seen this before and managed to fix it? Alternatively, has anyone used the invoice download facility and any advice on suitable programs to open the download with would be appreciated.
I did ask ebay by e-mail but only got a reply about spoof e-mails which wasn't a lot of use.

what i have started doing with my sales records is going to print, but then saving the document rather than printing. this saves on a load of paper.:grouphug:
