End of Mortgage Express fixed term deal...What next?

Hi,

Advice/Help needed here please......


My mortgage with Mortgage Expresses 2 years fixed term deal started in June 2007 and hopefully the payment they took this month (May 09) is the last of fixed rate.


I can't move to anywhere else for good deals coz my down payment was around 10%...


I have been paying more or less these amout on loan amount £175K

• Interest Only *£878.70
• Repayment £1052.07

What would be my next payment? Any idea anyone PLEASE??? Thanks...

That depends on what the SVR is at present for the mortgage provider. It may be likely due to the low rates of current that your monthlys go down but its all based on the svr of the provider.

You need to ring Mortgage Express who will give the exact figures.

Mortgage Express sent me a letter in Jan 09 probably all of there customer received this, saying they might not be able to offer competitive deal......

Because of that I was bit confused about it....

Does this mean what ever there current Standard rate is, I would automatically on that rate from now on...
