    Depends how quickly, you made up the shortfall, I think Virgin only mark the payment as a 1 if you don't make good before the next statement date.

    Bear in mind MBNA are one of the providers who supply additional information to Credit Reference Agencies now, so your account behaviour can be more closely scrutinised by other lenders.
  • u wont get marked with a late payment, but it may go against ur internal score with the card company when it comes to reviewing ur limit as u have exceeded it recently. always best to leave a buffer mate........ maxed out cards are just as bad these days
