Light bulb blown on oven

I have an NEFF built in electric oven, not sure of the model number?! The light that comes on when you are cooking seems to have blown and I have looked inside and have no idea where abouts the bulb is? If anyone has any ideas could you let me know, also how do i get it out and do i get a replacement from my local DIY shop?

Thanks a lot

Sarah

Don't know where the bulb is but when you find it your local hardware shop (or even somewhere like Tesco) should have a replacement.

Most I've ever seen have a small lens that unscrews from inside the oven, then the bulb comes out. DIY's do stock the bulbs. Sometimes then lens goes brown with cooking so it's difficult to see.

Mine has gone too. The light in mine (not neff) is a small round glass circle on the back wall of the oven top left.. This unscrews and the bulb is in there. You should look for something simulat inside your oven. I would take the bulb to the DIY shop or you could phonr NEFF and ask them.

they are normally at the back of the oven with a clear screw on cover over the bulb

you can sort of see it top right of this picture

maplins do them, just check the wattage on the old bulb

We had to buy one for our Electralux cooker, and got one from Asda for about £1.80 or there abouts. It is one specially for cookers etc to with stand heat.I`ve noticed Tesco do them as well.

We had the same problem - it took more than one shopping trip to get one that fitted.
