HI, I want to claim for my PPI on my marbles card.
However it's not 100% clear as to what part of the initial letter to request the terms.
Do i need to include the top part(req loan agreement) or the bottom(statements) or both?
Thanks
Dan

Hi Dan
Presume you are talking about the SAR Letter. You would be best asking for the agreement and the terms and conditions and all other relevant information they hold on the account.e.g. telephone calls etc. Enclose the 10.00 and sent recorded delivery.:mad:0 -
Hi Dan
If you just want the copy of the agreement, its just a £1 postal order or cheque payment, where they have 12 days to supply this to you, in regards of a SAR, this is where you request everything on you on the account, going back as far as 6 years, and they have 40 days to comply, however there is a charge for £10 postal order or cheque payment for this one.
If you decide later on you want more info from your account, the SAR template is here:

But other than that as stated above, for just the agreement its a £1, and takes 12 days.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
