The officer came round - I only just found out... he didn't even do a statement with my partner - which is why he was coming...
Called them up again... they coming back round. They are more concerned at present as he "pretended" to be the owner of the company....
It's as if he doesn't want his boss/dad to find out. (also the insurance details he gave us yesterday... don't match up with what our insurance has found, but they HAVE found the true ones.)0 -
AFAIK it IS actually an offence to travel with an open topped vehicle of this nature. In the past i have visited quarries etc and they are very strict and do not allow uncovered lorries to leave site. They must also all pass through an automatic body washer.0

This is from a quarry... Is there any written legislation what states this? I've tried google... but no luck
