Dear All, I wonder if anyone can help......two days ago my mother who lives in Spain checked her bank statement and saw a transaction going out for £500.00. The banking code might not cover this, the bank is spanish? I'm assuming she is taking about she has Euro banking arrangments?

She should still report the matter to the bank, and start the chargeback process. Only report to the police if the bank request it.

These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!

I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!
