    Toto -Carrie has a great voice - was she on American Idol ? It's a shame that you can't always enjoy listening to music in the same way as non musicians.

    I have the same problem with computer graphic effects...

    I can even look at a DVD and go "That's a horrendous MPEG artifact!"...

    I know exactly what you mean. You should see hubby and I go to a gig as punters, the first thing he does is check what the sound desk is. From then on it's just one big nit pick. We are both musicians and he is also a sound engineer. I was a lighting engineer for a while, so we've covered the whole gig before the first note is played.
