That's a whole new thread - songs that have associations for us - good and BAD

    That'd be a long one :)

Most of my recent ones would be country tunes. I listen to loads of new country, Brad Paisley, kenny Chesney etc. In my car at the moment I've got Rascal Flatts. I guess it's the only music at the moment which generally has band members who can play and singers who can sing without being auto tuned to death.

Toto - when you listen to music - can you switch off your musician 'head' and just listen, or are you playing the drums along with it in your head iyswim ?

No and that's a real downside. I hear every note played and I know if someone is a bit out. I rip everything to bits. Sometimes I wish I could just switch off and enjoy it for what it is.

Sometimes I do stick something girly on and have a good old sing song though, usually if the kids are in the car. Carrie Underwood is great for that. I love this tune http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ky4rfA_tebY
