I'm currently doing the 'MSE way of providing birthday cakes for 40'. I will be making cake of some kind for 4 people on Sunday afternoon/Monday morning for my birthday at work on Tuesday and as I am absolutely brassic I want to buy as little as possible and use what I have. Apple cake and Flapjacks (and possibly banana flapjacks) are currently top of the list, think I'm going to find a chocolate tray bake recipe next. I think I'd only need a bag of sugar and some eggs for those 3 recipes....."Stay Wonky":D

I LOVE alone time. DH has !!!!ed off out again..3 nights on the trot as I had guessed and Im left being the single parent again! DD has just broken the effing toilet handle and then managed to put the bit that broke off down the loo and flushed it..!!!!!!!
