how do i go about making a claim to royal mail?

I have proof of posting, and it was posted a few weeks ago. is it possible that it could have got lost in the post? the buyer has emailed me and say they have not received the item and want a refund.

    You need to download a claim form from the royal mail website or get a form from the post office, enclose a copy of the receipt. I think you have to wait longer than a few weeks to claim though.
    No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one! :mad:

    I believe its 15 working days before RM will consider a parcel lost.

    However your buyer will almost certainly expect a refund long before you can get your own claim in.
