I wrote to halifax asking for my charges to be refunded under the hardship rules.
I have had a letter back saying that until the court case has been finalised they could not deal with my claim. They also send me an expendure form to fill in and said they would look at that to see if they can help with my finances.
I will send that back first think in the morning, but how long should i wait until i make my next step . Which is????
Its scary my income is £184 a month short to my outgoings and there is nothing more i can cut back on.
