I was hoping someone could advise me on my new Samsung SM933HD. It's only a few weeks old but suddely won't receive digital channels. It's being used as a stand alone bedroom TV and not a PC monitor. The other Samsung downstairs is receiving full digital and upstairs is fine on analogue. I don't won't to send it back if someone can advise me on the forums and Samsung support is not back up until tomorrow and i can't ring then due to work. Any help would be most appreciated.

AS you are receiving digital on one tv we can rule out ant transmitter problems.
It's receiving analogue so aerial is obviously ok.
I would firstly do a complete rescan of the digital channels. It sounds as though they have been erased and this can sometimes happen during the EPG update on some makes.
Post again if that doesn't solve the problem0 -
Thanks a lot for the reply. Unfortunately it won't update or reinstall the digital channels. All I get is a blank screen when I go to DTV.0

Possibly your next step would be to swop the sets around. This would let you see if the the tv is at fault or whether there is a connection fault.0
