have I blundered? late CC payment.

hi guys,

at Christmas I tranfered my CC balance from my MBNA Mastercard to a Natwest CC in order to get their 0% transfer deal.

i've just gone online to pay the Natest CC and i've got my dates mixed up. i thought it was due on the 17th but its the 11th. :mad:

i've been charged £12 which i'm gutted about but its my blunder but have i broken the T&C's meaning i won't get the 0% anymore?

i think i know the answer but i want to be wrong!

if it's your first offence and you ask very nicely they may allow you to pay what you owe now, remove the charge and reinstate your deal. Ask nicely remember.

yeah first offence, have been a Natwest customer for 15+ years.

my sister works for Natwest which is the biggest killer!

"i told you to set up a minimum payment DD".

i can hear her saying that now!

Tell them you thought there was a direct debit set up they should re-instate 0% etc.
