Zooplus non delivery but says I have signed for it.

I placed an order with zooplus just over a week ago. It was for £75 so not something I can write off.
Monday: I had a card though the door when I was out stating that my delivery was "round back" It wasn't so we called zooplus, who said that it had gone back to the depot and would be redelivered the next day.
Thursday: Still no order, we called them again. Now they say that it has been delivered and signed for by me (they stated my full name).
They have now e-mailed me a form to print, fill out, scan back in, then e-mail back to them. (This is a pain because I don't have a printer or scanner.)
Anyway they said that my order will be redelivered to me once the form is received.
Does anyone know....Is this how it is usually done? How long will it take for me to get the filter I ordered in first place? Has this happened to any of you?
Sorry for the long post but I wanted to give as much detail as I could.
