Renewing DLA query

If you download the guide from B&W there's a 'prompt' sheet at the end which you can use to make notes on. When we did my last renewal my husband went through the guide rather than the DLA application and we put down everything that seemed relevant. We then used the prompt sheet to help us fill in the application form.Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan
