Does your council tax rebate increase once you turn 25?

Hi everyone I just wondered if anybody knew the answer to this, does your council tax rebate increase once you turn 25?
Some of my benefits have increased since I recently turned 25 and I wondered if these increases mean I am not entitled to a higher rebate for council tax from the council.
I have tried phoning but the line is either engaged or ringing out all the time.
I am grateful for all the financial assistance I am getting but I just wanted to find out.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can give me advice.
